EGuard Advantage
Unlike many other coatings on the market, EGuard DCC coil coating applications penetrate deep into all areas of the coil, forming an extremely thin (1 mil.) yet durable layer of protection that does not impede airflow or negatively effect performance. Our environmentally friendly, Low VOC, high solid, polyurethane formula is impregnated with aluminum which increases thermo-conductivity and maximizes heat transfer. Additionally, our polyurethane formula cures fast and will not crack and chip over time like epoxy coatings. EGuard DCC coatings have successfully passed a 10,000 hour salt spray test, proving that our formula will stand up to the harshest environments and deliver the highest level of protection and long lasting durability to keep your equipment operating at peak performance.
In addition to our industry leading DCC Coil Coatings, we also offer Cabinet Casing and Top Coat for additional layers of protection against the elements. EGuard coatings may be used individually or as a complete system and may be applied before, during or after installation. All EGuard products feature our proprietary Dual Cure Chemistry (DCC), which is a hybrid curing solution that provides superior adhesion, excellent sealing properties, and fast cure (dry to touch) in just 15 minutes, allowing the fastest turnaround times in the industry!
